Lemon Bundt Cake

This is a very moist bundt cake that is really easy to make!

1 (520g) Lemon cake mix
1 (106g) Lemon instant pudding mix
½ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Water
4 Eggs
1 cup Icing sugar
2 tbsp Lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350F. With an electric mixer, mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water and eggs for 2 minutes on medium. Beat for 1 minute more. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

Let cool for 25 minutes in pan. Turn out onto a cake plate. Let cool completely. Combine icing sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over cake

Variation:

Chocolate Bundt Cake

Substitute chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding mix for the lemon cake mix and pudding mix. Omit icing sugar and lemon juice. Serve with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.

  1. This recipe looks like one my grandmother used to make, and we all loved! I am making it tonight, I hope everyone likes it as much as we did.
