Quick Meal ideas

From what I've been hearing many people want quick meal ideas. Sooo, I've put a new category at the right-hand side (Recipe - Quick Meals) for those of you with little time to get dinner on the table. When I post a new recipe, if it's an easy, quick meal I'll put in that category to help you out.

Quick meal to me means you can get it on the table in about 30 minutes with not too much fuss.

    Your ham & potato bake. I use frozen diced potatoes and increase the recipe by half to feed my army.
