Title: Mary Mary
Author: James Patterson
Type: Suspense/Mystery
Book Type: Hardcover
Pages: 392
Synopsis: FBI agent Alex Cross is on vacation with his family at Disneyland when he gets a call from the Director. A well-known actress was shot outside her home in Beverly Hills. Shortly afterward, an editor for the Los Angeles Times receives an e-mail describing the murder in vivid detail. Alex quickly learns that this is not an isolated incident. The killer, known as Mary Smith, has done this before and plans to kill again. Suddently A-list celebrities are in fear for their lives. Dr Cross finds himself in the middle of solving the case.
My Thoughts: I enjoyed this book. Patterson is one of my 'go to' authors that rarely disappoints (the only book I abhorred of his was "Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas" -- let's just say I think that Patterson should stick with suspense and leave the romance to other authors). "Mary Mary" has lots of plot twists and turns that keep it interesting.
My Rating: 4/5 (aka - a very good read)
